Leading people and projects with emotional intelligence is the secret sauce to making teams thrive, and ideas flourish. Whether steering internal teams or managing external contractors, I balance decisive action with authentic connection. Clear communication and strong relationships aren’t just about implementing cheesy team-building exercises; they’re essential for getting things done efficiently (without endless “When’s that due again?” emails or unnecessary tension). Emotional intelligence also helps me read the room, understand my audience, and create marketing that truly resonates, leading to increased marketing-influenced sales year after year.

If necessity is the mother of invention, then I’m the cool aunt with the funky necklaces who makes invention fun. I don’t just think outside the box, I redesign it and add a few clever compartments. Whether it’s diving into Salesforce to rework lead score models, building effective email drips and automations, editing flyers, shooting a new marketing video, or building lead generation funnels that actually funnel, I love turning complex problems into streamlined (and beautiful) solutions. I believe in working smarter, not harder—though sometimes it’s both—and I’m always looking for fresh ways to make strategies more effective, efficient, and creative.

  • I started my career as a musician, playing in bands, touring, and releasing my own music. Somewhere between loading gear into vans, playing late-night gigs, and having my fair share of stale venue fries I realized I had a knack for content development. I started offering photography and video editing to my musician friends, and before I knew it, I had built a business. Turns out, storytelling and connecting with an audience are needed in the arts, business, and everywhere in between.

  • Turning chaos into clarity. Whether it's cleaning a messy database or pivoting a campaign overnight, I thrive in the art of making complex things simple and impactful.

  • The kind that makes me say, "Well, I have no idea how to do this… yet." I love projects that stretch me, like teaching myself how to produce music or figuring out how to take a photo that doesn't look like it was shot on a potato. I also love mastering new tools like Salesforce. (Shoutout to the countless hours spent building automations that shepherd leads from a landing page to the sales team faster than you can say, "don't let that lead go cold.")
